Countdown

Tension is often built within a film when the switch is flicked, the countdown begun and there being no way to stop the massive bomb exploding!

This week feels a bit like that for me.....

On Saturday I am attempting a 100km run.... it seemed a good idea when I signed up! I have trained for almost 3 months and I have rested when injured. I have started to pack my bag and I have 3 short runs left this week.

I am running for Ealing foodbank and there is still time to sponsor me!

I have always thought there is no point attempting something you know you can do.... life is short and you want to tackle a challenge you are not certain you can achieve.

My aim is to finish. I hope to post next Sunday and let you know how I got on.
